  1. This is a limited period offer. This offer is valid till 30th of Sept 08. Rates & offer is valid in India only.
  2. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing of your subscription from the date of sending the necessary documents to India Today. Free subscription gift will reach you within 8-10 weeks of commencement of your subscription.
  3. Cancellation of subscription cannot happen once the gift has been dispatched. Specific colours & features of the gifts in the offer are subject to change depending upon availability of stock.
  4. Payment can be made only through credit card, cheque, demand draft and not cash. Add Rs. 10 for non-Delhi cheques.
  5. All forms received after the cut off date will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for the offer.
  6. Living Media India Ltd. will not be responsible for any postal delays, transit losses or mutilation of the subscription form. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in Delhi/New Delhi only.
  7. Living Media India Ltd. reserves the right to extend or terminate this offer on any point by giving one week notice, but all orders received before such notice will be honored by LMIL
  8. Subscription would be preceded on realization of the payments.
